Pipedrive is a focused sales pipeline that many teams love. TenthAvenue is built for firms that raise capital and operate real estate: the CRM, texting and calling, e-signature, scheduling, payments, underwriting and the raise itself, on one record and one plan. Here is the honest side by side.
Underwriting, investor onboarding and raise management are not among the features Pipedrive lists on its plans.
Pipedrive figures are its published list prices in US dollars as of October 2026, and they change with configuration and location; check Pipedrive’s pricing page for yours. Pipedrive is a trademark of its owner, which is not affiliated with TenthAvenue.

| Capability | Pipedrive | TenthAvenue |
|---|---|---|
| Plans and pricing | ||
| How you're billed | Per seat: Lite is $14, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79 a seat each month billed annually, or $24, $49, $79 and $99 billed monthly. Add-ons (LeadBooster, Projects, Campaigns, Web Visitors and Smart Docs) are priced on top.1 | One price per plan, and one balance for what you use. Seats, email volume and every core module come with the plan. Texts, calls, meeting notes and AI draw from TAC, short for TenthAvenue Credits: one balance in dollars that every paid plan adds to each month. |
| Seats | Every plan is priced per seat, so the bill grows with the team.1 | Seats come with the plan: 1 seat on Free, 2 on Small Cap, 10 on Mid Cap and unlimited on Large Cap, at one price for the plan however many of them you fill. |
| What plans unlock | Features climb the tiers: automations, the meeting scheduler and full email sync start on Growth, and e-signatures are included from Premium.1 | Every module on every plan, Free included. Bigger plans hold more (seats, email volume, phone numbers and monthly TAC), and no plan hides a feature. The one exception is TenthYards, the capital-raising module, which is its own subscription. |
| Free trial | 14 days, no credit card required.1 | 15 days of the full platform, no card required. The trial carries the seats of the plan you pick. If you do not subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. |
| Pipeline and automation | ||
| Records | A clear visual pipeline for leads and deals, with custom fields capped by plan: 30 on Lite up to 500 on Ultimate.1 | Contacts, companies and deals on one record card, with inline editing, custom fields, saved views, a data health score, duplicate merge, and tables that update live for the whole team. |
| Automations | From Growth: up to 50 active automations per company on Growth, 150 on Premium and 250 on Ultimate.1 | On every plan: 35 triggers across every module, 19 actions, wait steps that turn any automation into a drip, conditions that read like sentences, and a gallery of ready-made recipes. |
| Full sync with Gmail, Outlook or your company email, with open and click tracking, from Growth.1 | Outlook connects today; Gmail is coming soon. Connected mail threads onto the right contact, and you write from your own mailbox, one email at a time or up to 50 personal emails in a batch. | |
| Reaching people | ||
| Texting and calling | Pipedrive's help center says it has no built-in calling integration. Calls run through marketplace apps such as Aircall, JustCall or CloudTalk (some add texting), or start on your own mobile phone from the web app.2 | Ping is built in: text and call from your own carrier-registered business numbers, in the browser and on your phone. Calls can show your business name, recordings play a consent announcement, and AI transcripts and summaries are part of the per-minute price. |
| Scheduling | A meeting scheduler for sharing your availability, from Growth.1 | Meridian is built in: branded booking pages on your live Google or Microsoft calendar, Zoom links, collective and round-robin team meetings with weighting and owner-sticky routing, routing forms, email and text reminders, paid bookings, and every booking saved to the contact. |
| Meeting notes | Pipedrive Nova, its meeting intelligence, prepares a brief before each meeting and records and transcribes calls.1 | An AI notetaker joins your Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls, then files the transcript, summary, action items and a drafted follow-up email on the contact and the deal. |
| Email campaigns | Email campaigns come with the Campaigns add-on.1 | Megaphone is built in: describe the email and AI writes it in your brand, then send from your own verified domain with a consent record, a preference center and one-click unsubscribe. |
| Closing and getting paid | ||
| E-signature | Smart Docs with e-signatures is included on Premium and Ultimate, and a paid add-on on Lite and Growth.1 | Ink is built in: up to 20 signers on any PDF, in order or all at once, an emailed code before every signature, an audit trail and a completion certificate. No per-document fees. |
| Payments | Through marketplace apps and accounting integrations such as QuickBooks. Growth adds tracking for products billed as subscriptions or installments.3,1 | Collect is built in: quotes that convert to invoices, card and ACH payments through Stripe, payment plans, subscriptions, payment links, and QuickBooks Online and Xero sync. |
| Projects | Project boards come with the Projects add-on.1 | Convoy is built in: boards with typed columns, formulas and totals whose rows link to real contacts and deals, plus weekly scorecards that fill themselves from CRM activity. |
| Capital raising and real estate | ||
| Deal underwriting | Not among the features Pipedrive lists on its plans.1 | Caliper: drop in the rent roll, T12 and offering memo and the model fills itself, every figure cited to the page it came from, with live dials, real LP and GP waterfalls, sensitivity, branded PDF memos and Excel exports. |
| Raising capital | Not among the features Pipedrive lists on its plans.1 | TenthYards: branded offering pages, an investor funnel from interested to funded, real KYC and accreditation, prefilled subscription documents signed through Ink, distributions with tier-by-tier proof, and an investor portal behind two-factor sign-in. TenthYards is its own subscription on top of any plan. |
| Apps and your data | ||
| Mobile apps | Native iOS and Android apps.1 | Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android: texting and calling on your business line, plus your contacts, deals, tasks and dashboards wherever you are. |
| Moving over | Import from a spreadsheet or another CRM, and more than 500 integrations.1 | Pipedrive migration with just your API token: contacts, organizations, deals with their pipelines and stages, leads, activities, notes and custom fields come across. Owners match your teammates by email, and running it again updates instead of duplicating. |
Pipedrive is one of the clearest sales pipelines there is: quick to learn, visual from the first day, and backed by a marketplace of more than 500 integrations.1
It lists native iOS and Android apps, and its Nova meeting intelligence prepares a brief before each meeting. If a pipeline is all your team needs, it is a fair choice.1
The texts, the calls, the signed subscription documents, the bookings, the payments and the underwriting all land on the same contact and deal, so nobody pieces the story together from five apps.
Seats come with the plan. Adding the analyst or the investor-relations hire does not add a line to the bill.
Ping is built in, on carrier-registered numbers, with recordings, transcripts and AI summaries on the record. There is no separate phone app to buy, connect and keep in sync.
Paste your Pipedrive API token and TenthAvenue brings over your contacts, organizations, deals with their pipelines and stages recreated exactly, leads, activities, notes and custom fields, dropdown choices included. Owners match your teammates by email, open to-dos arrive as tasks with their due dates, and running it again updates instead of duplicating. Everyone it brings in lands on a list, so you can find them.
Yes. Paste your Pipedrive API token in Settings and TenthAvenue copies your contacts, organizations, deals, pipelines and stages, leads, activities, notes and custom fields. Owners match your teammates by email, and you can run it again later to pick up changes without making duplicates.
If a sales pipeline is all you need, Lite is a fair price. TenthAvenue is for firms that also need texting and calling, e-signature, scheduling, payments, underwriting and investor onboarding on the same record, at one plan price with the seats included.
Yes, with one exception. Free includes the same core modules as Large Cap, and plans differ only in capacity: seats, email volume, phone numbers, and monthly TAC (the credits that pay for texts, calls, meeting notes and AI). You will never hit a paywall in front of a core feature. The exception is TenthYards, the capital-raising module: it runs on regulated banking, KYC, and accreditation rails that carry real per-investor costs, so it's a separate subscription with pricing announced soon.
Outlook mailboxes connect today. Gmail mailbox sync is built and waiting on Google's app review, so it is coming soon. Signing in with Google already works.
Yes. Native apps for iPhone and iPad are on the App Store, and the Android app is on Google Play, with texting and calling on your business line.
Fifteen days of the full platform, no card required, with the seats of the plan you pick so your whole team can try it together. If you do not subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
