Is anything gated by plan?
No. Every module, Meridian, Megaphone, Ink, Ping, Convoy, TenthYards, Mailbox, Ambassador, and ARC, ships on every plan including Free. Tiers scale capacity (seats, email volume, AI credits, SMS), never capability.
What are AI credits?
AI features (email compose, brand capture, offering memos, meeting briefs) meter actual model usage in dollars. Plans include a monthly allowance; you can top up anytime or bring your own API key and pay your provider directly.
How does SMS billing work?
Texting uses carrier-registered 10DLC numbers. Plans include monthly message segments; beyond that it is transparent pay-as-you-go. Compliance (consent, STOP handling, brand registration) is built in.
Do you charge per signature or per envelope?
No. Ink is included: send as many documents for signature as your business needs.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next cycle, and you can cancel from Settings with no retention hoops. Your data exports freely.
Is there really a free trial?
