HighLevel is an all-in-one marketing platform built for agencies and the businesses they serve. TenthAvenue is all-in-one too, but built for firms that raise capital and operate real estate: the CRM, texting and calling, e-signature, scheduling, payments, underwriting and the raise itself, on one record. Here is the honest side by side.
HighLevel's flat price does not grow with your team, and its texts and calls are charged as you use them. Underwriting, investor onboarding and raise management are not among the features HighLevel lists on its plans.
HighLevel figures are its published list prices in US dollars as of October 2026, and they change with configuration and location; check HighLevel’s pricing page for yours. HighLevel is a trademark of its owner, which is not affiliated with TenthAvenue.
The HighLevel column is as of October 2026, from HighLevel’s own public pages.
| Capability | HighLevel | TenthAvenue |
|---|---|---|
| Plans and pricing | ||
| How you're billed | A flat monthly price: Starter is $97 (3 sub-accounts), Unlimited $297 and Agency Pro $497, with usage-based charges for phone numbers, texts, email and premium AI on top. Optional add-ons include AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account.1 | One price per plan, and one balance for what you use. Seats, email volume and every core module come with the plan. Texts, calls, meeting notes and AI draw from TAC, short for TenthAvenue Credits: one balance in dollars that every paid plan adds to each month. |
| Seats | Unlimited users and unlimited contacts on every plan.1 | Seats come with the plan: 1 seat on Free, 2 on Small Cap, 10 on Mid Cap and unlimited on Large Cap, at one price for the plan however many of them you fill. |
| Who it is built for | Agencies: a sub-account for each client, SaaS Mode to resell the platform under your own brand, and rebilling of phone and email costs.1 | Firms that raise capital and operate real estate: one workspace for your team, your investors and your deals, with underwriting, investor onboarding and the raise built in. |
| Free trial | 14 days on any plan. Billing begins when the trial ends unless it is canceled, and usage fees may apply during the trial.1 | 15 days of the full platform, no card required. The trial carries the seats of the plan you pick. If you do not subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. |
| CRM and automation | ||
| Records | CRM and pipelines are core features, with custom dashboards and reporting.1 | Contacts, companies and deals on one record card, with inline editing, custom fields, saved views, a data health score, duplicate merge, and tables that update live for the whole team. |
| Automations | Workflow automation is a core feature on every plan.1 | On every plan: 35 triggers across every module, 19 actions, wait steps that turn any automation into a drip, conditions that read like sentences, and a gallery of ready-made recipes. |
| AI | Conversation AI, Voice AI, Content AI and more, with usage-based charges for AI.1 | AI on every plan, paid from TAC: emails drafted in your brand, meeting recaps, call summaries, dashboards you describe in plain words, and offering memos, charged by what each request actually uses. |
| Reaching people | ||
| Texting and calling | Email and SMS marketing and inbound and outbound calling are core features, with usage-based charges.1 | Ping is built in: text and call from your own carrier-registered business numbers, in the browser and on your phone. Calls can show your business name, recordings play a consent announcement, and AI transcripts and summaries are part of the per-minute price. |
| Scheduling | Booking calendars are a core feature.1 | Meridian is built in: branded booking pages on your live Google or Microsoft calendar, Zoom links, collective and round-robin team meetings with weighting and owner-sticky routing, routing forms, email and text reminders, paid bookings, and every booking saved to the contact. |
| Social media | Social media management is a core feature.1 | Socialize is built in: one post to your LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile, scheduled or sent now, with connected accounts included in every plan. |
| Closing and getting paid | ||
| E-signature | Documents and Contracts: e-signatures with a certificate that records each signer, their IP address and the time.2 | Ink is built in: up to 20 signers on any PDF, in order or all at once, an emailed code before every signature, an audit trail and a completion certificate. No per-document fees. |
| Payments | Payments and invoicing, through providers such as Stripe, PayPal and Square.1 | Collect is built in: quotes that convert to invoices, card and ACH payments through Stripe, payment plans, subscriptions, payment links, and QuickBooks Online and Xero sync. |
| Capital raising and real estate | ||
| Deal underwriting | Not among the features HighLevel lists on its plans.1 | Caliper: drop in the rent roll, T12 and offering memo and the model fills itself, every figure cited to the page it came from, with live dials, real LP and GP waterfalls, sensitivity, branded PDF memos and Excel exports. |
| Raising capital | Not among the features HighLevel lists on its plans.1 | TenthYards: branded offering pages, an investor funnel from interested to funded, real KYC and accreditation, prefilled subscription documents signed through Ink, distributions with tier-by-tier proof, and an investor portal behind two-factor sign-in. TenthYards is its own subscription on top of any plan. |
| Apps and your data | ||
| Mobile apps | The HighLevel mobile app, with a white-label version as a $497 a month add-on.1 | Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android: texting and calling on your business line, plus your contacts, deals, tasks and dashboards wherever you are. |
| Moving over | Contacts export to a CSV file, one sub-account at a time.3 | CSV and Excel import with column matching, custom fields created on the fly, owner assignment, duplicate handling, and a 24-hour undo on a bulk cleanup of up to 5,000 records. Everyone you bring in lands on a list you can find. |
HighLevel packs a remarkable amount into one login: funnels and websites, texting and calling, booking calendars, reputation management, courses and communities.1
Every plan includes unlimited users and contacts, and an agency can run each client in its own sub-account and resell the platform under its own brand.1
Caliper underwrites the deal from the documents, TenthYards runs the raise with investor onboarding, subscription documents and distributions, and Verified marks the investors whose identity is proven.
Your team, your investors and your deals live in one workspace, with your logo and colors on every booking page, form, signature request and invoice, and no sub-accounts to manage.
Ping checks your privacy policy, terms and opt-in page the way a carrier reviewer does before you register, keeps consent on a provable record, and handles STOP and HELP for you.
Export your contacts from HighLevel as CSV files, then bring them in with the importer: columns match themselves, missing custom fields are created as you go, duplicates are matched by email and phone, and a bulk cleanup of up to 5,000 records can be undone for 24 hours. Everyone you bring in lands on a list, so you can find them.
Yes. Export your contacts from each HighLevel sub-account as CSV files and import them here. The importer matches your columns, creates the custom fields you are missing, assigns owners, and handles duplicates by email and phone.
If you are an agency running marketing for many clients, HighLevel is built for exactly that. TenthAvenue is built for one firm that raises capital or operates real estate, with underwriting, investor onboarding, the raise and e-signature for subscription documents on the same record as your texts, calls and bookings.
Yes, with one exception. Free includes the same core modules as Large Cap, and plans differ only in capacity: seats, email volume, phone numbers, and monthly TAC (the credits that pay for texts, calls, meeting notes and AI). You will never hit a paywall in front of a core feature. The exception is TenthYards, the capital-raising module: it runs on regulated banking, KYC, and accreditation rails that carry real per-investor costs, so it's a separate subscription with pricing announced soon.
Outlook mailboxes connect today. Gmail mailbox sync is built and waiting on Google's app review, so it is coming soon. Signing in with Google already works.
Yes. Native apps for iPhone and iPad are on the App Store, and the Android app is on Google Play, with texting and calling on your business line.
Fifteen days of the full platform, no card required, with the seats of the plan you pick so your whole team can try it together. If you do not subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
