monday CRM brings monday.com's famous boards to sales, on the same platform as the rest of a company's work. TenthAvenue is built for firms that raise capital and operate real estate: the CRM plus texting and calling, e-signature, scheduling, payments, underwriting and the raise itself, on one record and one plan. Here is the honest side by side.
Business texting, underwriting and raise management are not among the features monday CRM lists on its plans.
monday CRM figures are its published list prices in US dollars as of October 2026, and they change with configuration and location; check monday CRM’s pricing page for yours. monday CRM is a trademark of its owner, which is not affiliated with TenthAvenue.

| Capability | monday CRM | TenthAvenue |
|---|---|---|
| Plans and pricing | ||
| How you're billed | Per seat: Basic is $12, Standard $17 and Pro $28 a seat each month billed yearly, or $18, $25 and $41 billed monthly, as listed for a 10-seat team before tax. Ultimate is priced on request.1 | One price per plan, and one balance for what you use. Seats, email volume and every core module come with the plan. Texts, calls, meeting notes and AI draw from TAC, short for TenthAvenue Credits: one balance in dollars that every paid plan adds to each month. |
| Seats | Plans start from 3 users, and the price follows the team size you choose.1 | Seats come with the plan: 1 seat on Free, 2 on Small Cap, 10 on Mid Cap and unlimited on Large Cap, at one price for the plan however many of them you fill. |
| What plans unlock | Limits climb the tiers: 1,000 active contacts and deals on Basic, 10,000 on Standard and 100,000 on Pro, with mass email and sequences starting on Pro.1 | Every module on every plan, Free included. Bigger plans hold more (seats, email volume, phone numbers and monthly TAC), and no plan hides a feature. The one exception is TenthYards, the capital-raising module, which is its own subscription. |
| Free trial | 14 days.1 | 15 days of the full platform, no card required. The trial carries the seats of the plan you pick. If you do not subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. |
| CRM and automation | ||
| Automations | From Standard: 250 custom automations a month on Standard and 25,000 on Pro.1 | On every plan: 35 triggers across every module, 19 actions, wait steps that turn any automation into a drip, conditions that read like sentences, and a gallery of ready-made recipes. |
| Two-way email integration with Gmail and Outlook, from Standard.1 | Outlook connects today; Gmail is coming soon. Connected mail threads onto the right contact, and you write from your own mailbox, one email at a time or up to 50 personal emails in a batch. | |
| AI | AI features with plan allowances (an AI work assistant, agents and AI-powered fields), plus an AI credits add-on.1 | AI on every plan, paid from TAC: emails drafted in your brand, meeting recaps, call summaries, dashboards you describe in plain words, and offering memos, charged by what each request actually uses. |
| Reaching people | ||
| Texting and calling | Calling through an Aircall integration, and an AI outreach caller agent with an allowance of minutes. Business texting is not among the listed features.1 | Ping is built in: text and call from your own carrier-registered business numbers, in the browser and on your phone. Calls can show your business name, recordings play a consent announcement, and AI transcripts and summaries are part of the per-minute price. |
| Scheduling | The plans list Google Calendar sync and a Zoom integration.1 | Meridian is built in: branded booking pages on your live Google or Microsoft calendar, Zoom links, collective and round-robin team meetings with weighting and owner-sticky routing, routing forms, email and text reminders, paid bookings, and every booking saved to the contact. |
| Meeting notes | An AI meeting notetaker, with an allowance of notetaker hours on every plan.1 | An AI notetaker joins your Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls, then files the transcript, summary, action items and a drafted follow-up email on the contact and the deal. |
| Email campaigns | Mass emails with tracking, from Pro.1 | Megaphone is built in: describe the email and AI writes it in your brand, then send from your own verified domain with a consent record, a preference center and one-click unsubscribe. |
| Closing and getting paid | ||
| E-signature | E-signature runs through DocuSign and PandaDoc integrations.1 | Ink is built in: up to 20 signers on any PDF, in order or all at once, an emailed code before every signature, an audit trail and a completion certificate. No per-document fees. |
| Quotes and invoices | Quotes and invoices to create and share: 20 a month on Basic, 50 on Standard, 250 on Pro and unlimited on Ultimate.1 | Collect is built in: quotes that convert to invoices, card and ACH payments through Stripe, payment plans, subscriptions, payment links, and QuickBooks Online and Xero sync. |
| Projects | Boards are monday's home ground: unlimited boards and a kanban view on every plan.1 | Convoy is built in: boards with typed columns, formulas and totals whose rows link to real contacts and deals, plus weekly scorecards that fill themselves from CRM activity. |
| Capital raising and real estate | ||
| Deal underwriting | Not among the features monday CRM lists on its plans.1 | Caliper: drop in the rent roll, T12 and offering memo and the model fills itself, every figure cited to the page it came from, with live dials, real LP and GP waterfalls, sensitivity, branded PDF memos and Excel exports. |
| Raising capital | Not among the features monday CRM lists on its plans.1 | TenthYards: branded offering pages, an investor funnel from interested to funded, real KYC and accreditation, prefilled subscription documents signed through Ink, distributions with tier-by-tier proof, and an investor portal behind two-factor sign-in. TenthYards is its own subscription on top of any plan. |
| Apps and your data | ||
| Mobile apps | monday has apps for iOS and Android.1 | Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android: texting and calling on your business line, plus your contacts, deals, tasks and dashboards wherever you are. |
| Moving over | A board's table view exports to Excel.2 | CSV and Excel import with column matching, custom fields created on the fly, owner assignment, duplicate handling, and a 24-hour undo on a bulk cleanup of up to 5,000 records. Everyone you bring in lands on a list you can find. |
monday.com set the standard for flexible boards: almost any process fits on one, and its CRM sits on the same platform as a company's projects and operations.1
Per-seat prices start low, iOS and Android apps come with it, and a team that already runs on monday gets a CRM that looks like everything else it uses.1
Texts, calls with their recordings and summaries, signed documents, bookings and invoices land on the same contact and deal, built in rather than connected one integration at a time.
Seats come with the plan. Bringing the analyst or the investor-relations hire into the workspace does not add a line to the bill.
Caliper underwrites the deal from the documents, and TenthYards takes the frozen model into a raise with investor onboarding, subscription documents and distributions. Convoy keeps the boards your team likes.
Export your contacts, accounts and deals boards to Excel, then bring them in with the importer: columns match themselves, missing custom fields are created as you go, duplicates are matched by email and phone, and a bulk cleanup of up to 5,000 records can be undone for 24 hours. Project boards come across too: Convoy imports an Excel or CSV file into a board, each column into a board column or a new one of the type you pick.
Yes. Export each board to Excel from monday, then import contacts, companies and deals here. The importers read Excel and CSV files, match your columns, create the custom fields you are missing, and handle duplicates by email and phone. Boards for projects import into Convoy the same way.
If boards and a pipeline are what you need, monday's Basic and Standard plans are fairly priced. TenthAvenue is for firms that also need texting and calling, e-signature, scheduling, payments, underwriting and investor onboarding built in, with the seats included in the plan.
Yes, with one exception. Free includes the same core modules as Large Cap, and plans differ only in capacity: seats, email volume, phone numbers, and monthly TAC (the credits that pay for texts, calls, meeting notes and AI). You will never hit a paywall in front of a core feature. The exception is TenthYards, the capital-raising module: it runs on regulated banking, KYC, and accreditation rails that carry real per-investor costs, so it's a separate subscription with pricing announced soon.
Outlook mailboxes connect today. Gmail mailbox sync is built and waiting on Google's app review, so it is coming soon. Signing in with Google already works.
Yes. Native apps for iPhone and iPad are on the App Store, and the Android app is on Google Play, with texting and calling on your business line.
Fifteen days of the full platform, no card required, with the seats of the plan you pick so your whole team can try it together. If you do not subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
