TenthAvenue vs Attio

A beautiful CRM,
or the whole firm?

Attio is a flexible, beautifully built CRM that teams shape around the way they work. TenthAvenue is built for firms that raise capital and operate real estate: the CRM plus texting and calling, e-signature, scheduling, payments, underwriting and the raise itself, on one record and one plan. Here is the honest side by side.

A 10-person team, at list prices

  • Attio Plus, which holds up to 10 seats: 10 seats × $35 = $350/mo, billed annually1
  • Attio Pro, where call recording and sequences start: 10 seats × $79 = $790/mo, billed annually1
TenthAvenue Mid Cap: $179/mo, every core module included.
  • 10 seats
  • 25,000 emails / mo
  • $15 of TAC every month, enough for about 500 texts, or 300 call minutes, or 15 hours of meeting notes, or 171 AI email drafts. Mix them as you like.
  • 2 texting + calling numbers

Phone texting and calling, e-signature, payments and raise management are not among the features Attio lists on its plans.

Read it this way: where the Attio column names an add-on, an integration or a marketplace app, or does not list the feature, that part of the work happens outside the plan. Here it is built in, on one record and one plan.

Where Attio shines.

Attio is one of the most beautifully designed CRMs available: you model your own objects, records enrich themselves, and your email and calendar build the relationship picture for you.1

Workflows run on every plan, including Free, and teams that live in email get a CRM they can shape without a consultant.1

Why firms switch.

The rest of the firm, on the same record

Texts, calls, signed documents, bookings, invoices, underwriting and investor commitments land on the same contact and deal as your email, so the CRM holds the whole relationship, not just the inbox.

A price that does not count heads

Seats come with the plan. Bringing the analyst or the investor-relations hire into the workspace does not add a line to the bill.

Built for raising capital

Caliper underwrites the deal from the documents, and TenthYards takes the frozen model into a raise with investor onboarding, subscription documents and distributions.

Moving from Attio is an export and an import.

Export your People, Companies and lists from Attio as CSV files, then bring them in with the importer: columns match themselves, missing custom fields are created as you go, duplicates are matched by email and phone, and a bulk cleanup of up to 5,000 records can be undone for 24 hours. Everyone you bring in lands on a list, so you can find them.

Questions, answered straight.

Can I bring my Attio data over?

Yes. Export each view you want from Attio as a CSV file and import it here. Contacts, companies and deals each have an importer that matches your columns, creates the custom fields you are missing, and handles duplicates by email and phone.

Attio is free for a small team. Why look at TenthAvenue?

If a flexible CRM is all you need, Attio's Free plan is a fair place to start, and TenthAvenue has a Free plan too. TenthAvenue is for firms that also need texting and calling, e-signature, scheduling, payments, underwriting and investor onboarding on the same record, with the seats included in the plan.

Is every feature really on every plan?

Yes, with one exception. Free includes the same core modules as Large Cap, and plans differ only in capacity: seats, email volume, phone numbers, and monthly TAC (the credits that pay for texts, calls, meeting notes and AI). You will never hit a paywall in front of a core feature. The exception is TenthYards, the capital-raising module: it runs on regulated banking, KYC, and accreditation rails that carry real per-investor costs, so it's a separate subscription with pricing announced soon.

Does TenthAvenue connect my Gmail?

Outlook mailboxes connect today. Gmail mailbox sync is built and waiting on Google's app review, so it is coming soon. Signing in with Google already works.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Native apps for iPhone and iPad are on the App Store, and the Android app is on Google Play, with texting and calling on your business line.

How does the trial work?

Fifteen days of the full platform, no card required, with the seats of the plan you pick so your whole team can try it together. If you do not subscribe, the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
