Delete your TenthAvenue account
Last updated: September 29, 2026
How to delete your account for TenthAvenue, the app on Google Play and the App Store and the web app at tenthavenue.io, made by TenthAvenue Labs Inc., and what happens to your data when you do.
1. Delete it in the app
- Open the TenthAvenue app on your Android phone or iPhone and sign in.
- Tap your picture or initials at the top right of Home to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, the app asks you to make someone else an owner first (on the web, in Settings, Members), so your team keeps its workspace. If the deletion cannot finish, the app tells you so, and we complete it when you email us.
2. Or ask us to delete it
Email support@tenthavenue.io from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm the request came from you, then delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
3. What is deleted
- Your sign-in: your email address, password, name and two-factor settings.
- The phones signed in to your account, and their notification tokens.
- Your membership in every workspace, and any pending invitations sent to your email address.
- Any workspace where you are the only member, with everything in it: its contacts, companies, deals, tasks, notes, texts, calls, meetings, invoices and settings. Its paid plan is cancelled.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Records in a workspace you share with others belong to that organization and stay with it, including the contacts, notes and messages you added there. Ask the workspace's owner if you want them removed.
- The stored files of a workspace that is deleted are not erased by the deletion itself: uploaded pictures, videos and attachments, call recordings, meeting transcripts and signed documents. Neither are the payment event records our payment processor sent us about its invoices. Email support@tenthavenue.io and we erase them within 30 days.
- If your account holds investment records from an investor portal, it cannot be deleted in the app, because we are required to keep securities records. Email support@tenthavenue.io and we close the account and keep only those records, for as long as the law requires.
- A short security record that the account was deleted (your email address, the date, and the workspaces it left or deleted) is kept for as long as we run the service, to protect it and meet our legal obligations.
- A log of the verification codes we texted you, with the last four digits of your number, is deleted after 90 days.
- Our server logs, which can include your account ID, expire within 30 days. Our database backups expire after 7 days.
- Payment records held by our payment processor, and call and message records held by our phone carrier, are kept as tax and telecommunications law requires.
